Just let your love flow like a mountain stream.
And let your love grow.

Marble Canyon

I’ve been having a horrific time trying get videos loaded on the blog.
You can see that they are off centre.

To see an decent image ‘Right Click’ on the image –
then select ‘Open Video in new tab’.
Go to the new tab.

VOILA !! a reasonable video appears.
Awkward, but the best I can offer at the moment.

Glacier Water

On the way up

The Falls

I hope you can get that to work.
I know my vids are amateur in quality.
But they still give you a good idea of
what the Canyon is like.
Hope you can visit it one day.

Marble Canyon

Marble Canyon is not a long nor difficult hike.
There is a bit of uphill at times – mostly stairs.

It takes about an hour to get to the Falls.
A hiking stick is useful – water and snacks.
Looking up the Canyon …

I discovered this is called Tokumm Creek.
Our timing was perfect. In the Spring the water
is a murky grey colour from winter run off.
Now it’s a clear beautiful turquoise.

Looking back down …Vermilion Peak

Marble Canyon?

Wikipedia says:
The canyon’s name comes from the brilliant limestone of its walls.
The bedrock is microcrystalline limestone (sedimentary rock)
rather than marble (metamorphic rock).

It’s still beautiful.
As you’ll see.

A Mountain on the way … couldn’t identify it.

Park your car and head up the trail …

I believe this is Pavilion Creek.

Stop and ‘smell the roses’ …

Wonders … small and big.

Pure glacier water.

I should be so pure …

… but I only dream.

The Canyon begins …
