Spring in Alberta … Meanwhile, down at the pond …

Rose and I visit several local Parks throughout the year.
Last year this Park was destroyed by flooding.
Now things seem back to normal.

Every year we see American Avocets and Black Necked Stilts.
Love ’em!

Below:
Spotted some Horned Grebes in the rushes.

Don’t see them at this pond often, but they are common throughout Alberta.


I really came down here to get a pic of some Red Winged Blackbirds.
But this is just fine.
