    My interest in doing is that Movies often depart WILDLY from the book.
    For instance, Disney’s (1950) version – excellent as it is –
    was modified to Disney audiences and the sensibilities of the day.
    So it’s of interest to me which of the many film versions
    is most accurate to the book?

    Great illustrations, but I am partial to those of N. C. Wyeth.

      LOL … forgot to Title the Post. I always make at least one mistake every post.
      WYETH! Definitely one of the Greatest Illustrators ever.
      I’ve not been able to watch every film version of Treasure Island. That’s pretty well impossible. There’s been several.
