I’m heading toward a roundup of Kris’ Western Filmography.
Much of his later work was cameos, a couple of documentarys, etc.
Not really notable – Not that he wasn’t active in other Non Western ways.
But this left me with 2 Westerns of note:
Traded (2010) and Lawless Range (2016).
Traded
In 2010 Kris was 74 years old. His role in Traded had some substance,
but he wasn’t headlining. Essentially he provided his still evident
Star Power as a draw.
But to be frank, he looked terrible.
Signs of ill health and fatique seem apparent.

Reviews were not high, but I’ve watched this Western and it’s not bad.
And though some would call this a B Western, I’ve long dispensed with doing that out of respect for these folks like Trace Adkins who made Westerns for years when Western Movies were in the doldrums,
but who demonstrated and passion and love for the genre.
