I Can See Clearly Now / Johnny Nash
Spring seemed a long time in coming this year.
It’s always tenuous and uncertain.
As snow may come again.
So when to put in your garden?
But Tulips and Daffodils pay no mind to cold.
Even in the snow they grow.
With an admirable and unfrail hardiness.
No stopping for the joy they bring.

For oft, when on my couch I lieIn vacant or in pensive mood,They flash upon that inward eyeWhich is the bliss of solitude; And then my heart with pleasure fills,And dances with the daffodils.
– William Wordsworth
Rose is the Gardener here Don. My small contribution is to plant some Nasturtiums and Poppies. (And most of those Poppies pop up by themselves. Shhhhh … don’t tell Rose!) She does a great job though. In fact, she’s out there digging around right now …
Love my spring bulb flowers. I have some tulips and daffodils that are over 20 years old.
