A situation has arisen concerning Google that is very negatively impacting many Blogs and Websites. This regards Google’s new image handling format.
Many sites are recording dire drops in viewership – and loss of their image property.

Hi Jer I feel your pain but don’t know what you can do as the little guy against big brother–perhaps if everyone understood how evil Google is they would find other search engines to use and would boycott all things Google. Myself I use Duckduckgo.com as my opening page and search engine online–and as much as possible I do not use Google as my main page as a lot of people like to do. If everyone did a little research on Google they might be so happy to use them at all–good like with your quest–Doug
On this blog I have less than half the number of visitors that I had before. Sad to see a once ‘Good Guy’ become the monster. Money does that to people. Yes, you are right, it’s time to dump Google. If they have no concern for site owners, what the hell are they good for? Any site that uses images has lost traffic. That’s ALL of them pretty well. You would think that would be a major concern for Google wouldn’t you? Evidently not.
There are tons of Search Engines, so good bye Google.
I am glad to see someone besides me doing something. I was beginning to wonder if everyone was just going to lie down and give up. Thank you!!
I just hope there’s somebody over there who actually cares.
